February at SkyHive: SkyHive Presenting at Multiple Conferences, Events, a White Paper, and more!

It’s been another busy month at SkyHive. The team has been working hard day in and day out in pursuit of our mission. From presenting at multiple conferences, events, and publishing a white paper, we have a lot to catch up on.

Here’s what we have been up to this month:

Sean Hinton of SkyHive is Keynote Speaker at the Canadian Immigration Summit

As a future of work thought leader, Sean will be speaking at this year’s Canadian Immigration Summit, where he will share how quantum labour analysis can be applied to recognize the knowledge, skills, and capabilities of international talent, advancing global mobility and the integration of immigrants into learning and employment opportunities in Canada.

Hosted by The Conference Board of Canada and presented by World Education Services, the theme of this year’s summit is Immigration and the changing nature of work.

Sean Hinton of SkyHive will be a panelist at AGC's Information Security & Broader Technology Growth Conference

Sean was invited to speak on the HR software expert panel at the prestigious AGC Partners’ 16th Annual West Coast Tech Growth Conference in San Francisco, where he introduced SkyHive, the world’s most powerful reskilling technology and its profound impact to 1,400 conference attendees.

The AGC Partners’ conferences have become the premier showcase for the fastest-growing private technology companies, attracting over 1,400 attendees consisting of CEOs, private equity and venture capital investors, and M&A professionals from public companies.

SkyHive chosen as one of the top 3 edtech innovations worldwide for Tecnológico de Monterrey’s TecLabs program

SkyHive is proud to announce that following a rigorous, multi-stage selection process, it has been chosen as one of the top 3 edtech innovations worldwide for Tecnológico de Monterrey’s TecLabs program. In the following months, SkyHive will collaborate with Tecnológico de Monterrey, a top university in Latin America, to develop pioneering projects that focus on helping the university’s 90,000 students better understand their skills and connecting them with the most relevant learning and career pathways.

TecLabs Accelerator is Latin America’s first edtech accelerator, an initiative of Tecnológico de Monterrey. It’s designed to facilitate the development and delivery of disruptive, scalable, and effective edtech innovations, optimize their growth, and scale to Latin America.

Alex Kneller

Alex holds a BA in economics from the Technion – Israel Institute of Technology, and an MBA in big data and business analytics from Tel Aviv University. Alex is fascinated with the potential that lies within big data and the amount the opportunities AI can bring to the future of humanity; he feels incredibly lucky to be working alongside an extraordinarily talented team at SkyHive to explore the frontier of innovation.

Born in Russia and raised in Israel, Alex and his family moved to Vancouver this last summer, in pursuit of beautiful weather, great outdoors, peaceful communities, and opportunities to make a positive impact. In his free time, Alex enjoys sports, yoga, hiking, skiing, and Sci-Fi.
